Activity Name: Clockwise Leicester Credit Union (Saffron Branch)

Description: The Clockwise, Leicester's Credit Union is a non-profit making organisation, set up to assist local people to manage their financial affairs, through advice, easy and safe saving schemes for all age groups and low cost loans. (Both loans and savings include free life insurance, subject to terms and conditions).

We are based at the Linwood Center in Meeting Room 1. Our friendly and approachable staff are available on Wednesday mornings between 9:30 - 11:30, to discuss how to make your money work for you.

Description: We run a community group for deafblind women in Leicester. It runs once per month. We are aware that there are hundreds of deafblind women in Leicester but unfortunately we are in contact with very few. If you have reduced vision and hearing or perhaps care for or know of someone who does, please get in touch with us. The network is a great way to meet other people who are experiencing similar challenges, have fun and learn lots of interesting things. if you are not keen on the network we can also provide in depth personal and confidential support relating to your deafblindness in your own home.

The church has an adult congregation of about 30, but a strong vision for evangelism.
