Terms & Conditions
This Message Board is a free service provided to visitors of
Saffron.org.uk. Posting is limited to saffron community members
only, though anyone is welcome to read the boards. By posting a
message on our Message Board, you agree to be bound by the following
terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these few,
simple terms, then please do not use the Message Boards.
You understand and agree that all messages appearing here are the
sole responsibility of those persons posting the message. This means
that you, and not Saffron Community Enterprises, or any of our
staff, are entirely responsible for all information and material
that you post on the Message Boards.
Whilst we keep a fairly constant eye on the postings to our boards
and do as much as possible to maintain a high standard, we do not
control the content of any messages posted on the Message Boards and
we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any
postings. We do, however, take a lot of pride in our board and will
delete immediately, any post we feel is defamatory, offensive,
clearly gives wrong information.
Saffron Community Enterprises expressly disclaims all warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to,
the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and noninfringement. To the full extent permissible under
applicable law, Saffron Community Enterprises, its officers, agents
and employees, including, without limitation, the webmaster of the
Message Board, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use
of or inability to use the Message Board.
Please realise that by using the Message Boards, you may
occasionally be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or
objectionable. With an open board of this nature these things are
inevitable even if unwelcome. But, this will only be until one of us
spots the posting and deletes it, or until one of our community
members informs us by email.
Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the boards every minute of
the day; so if you, the participants of the Message Boads, see a
message or messages that you feel are inappropriate, please let us
know ASAP. Thank You.
Under no circumstances will Saffron Community Enterprises or
individual members of our staff be liable for any errors or
omissions in any postings or for any loss or damages of any kind
incurred as a result of the use of any information contained in the
Message Boards.
You agree not to do any of the following while using the Message
Boards:
1)post any message, information or anything else that is unlawful,
harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory,
vulgar, obscene, libelous, that may be invasive of another's
privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable.
2)impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise
misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
